All the Marvel characters look different because the original artist retains majority control of that aspect of copyright and the studios don't want to essentially pay twice for the same copyright.

Conversely Deadpool looks the same because the creator Rob Liefeld almost destroyed Marvel 25 years ago by starting a mutiny and forming his own company Image with most of Marvels best artists. I'm not sure of the specific reasons but this seems quite a coincidence.
