the shootout at the end is really boring and bad. otherwise it's a great movie with a pretty good soundtrack. didn't expect to hear Mogwai in it

Present day, Sonny Crockett (Don Johnson) returns to Miami after years on the run from the CIA (or whatever the fuck those guys were in Freefall) the CIA hire Tubbs (Philip Michael Thomas) to track him down, cat and mouse through Miami with lots of nostalgic reflection ( cameos too from former cast) eventually the two team up and go out Butch Classidy style against the antagonists guns blazing.

I didn't watched back then but I'm thinking if try watching it now. It seems pretty cool and all of that but at the end is a series about cops and maybe being a series from the 80s It doesn't have the same rythym as the series of the present and I get bored after some episodes.
