Because All That, Kenan & Kel, The Amanda Show, Zoey 101, Drake & Josh, iCarly, and Sam & Cat were all, in their own times, the #1 live-action shows on Nickelodeon.
The guy just has a knack for making easily marketable family-friendly shows that kids flock to.
