I haven't read archie comics in years, but they were pretty comfy and I hold a positive opinion about them. From what I gather - this show has a very serious tone, unlike the comics.
Should I watch it or not?

it's Riverdale 90210, shlocky teenage dram mixed with an overarching wannabe who killed X Twin Peaks mystery with hot waifus.
