The problem here is, demand for goods has been growing with time. So the nations which manufacture nowadays are creating much more pollution than what Europe/New world nations did during their industrialisation stage. But then again, the demand comes from rich countries.

Now that is completely bullshit. First, there is a robust correlation between IQ and mortality (meaning that people with high IQ make better choices and live more), IQ and success, etc. even controlling for socioeconomic status and what not.

Second, the entire reason IQ exists as a measurement is because psychologists noticed years ago that some kids did better than others in all school tests, and that doing well in mathematics was correlated with doing well in music or literature. Sure anon, you had to work hard, be a good person, etc. but it's IQ that allows you to reach so high. That doesn't mean you have to good full eugenics, but you don't need to go to the other extreme either.
