Carnivale is underrated as fuck, though. HBO cheating legitimately great shows out of a real finale pisses me off. Deadwood and Carnivale being the most obvious let downs. Instead we get neverending Game of Thrones bullshit that costs infinitely more money to produce.

Six Feet Under starts great and ends great, and is very much worth watching, but the middle is way too uneven while many of these other shows are consistently great for the whole run.

I absolutely love HBO shows but 2bh Six feet under was underwhelming to say the least. I was really excited to watch a series that had a lot of positive reviews but it felt repetitive. And people saying it was goat because of muh finale are dumb. Majority of the characters were cunts and unlikeable apart from Dave and Nate.
