I only watched Comedy Central back in the late 90s early 2000s because my friend had basic cable at his place so we'd hang out after work and watch it. Beyond the two OP mentioned, I really only remember Reno 911, Insomniac, That's My Bush! and the muppet prank call show (forgot the name of it).
