What's great is this can be placed in so many settings and it's completely humane.
Season one would be in a hospital of course. Heads getting bashed in with oxygen tanks, necks getting sliced by scalpels.
Then the next season could be in an old battle ship. Then stranded island, lost style. Airplane season, under the seas season, arctic season!

We will have a splash zone for the kids and close up cameras on the "operator" as well as their tools while they work. If they can successfully preform the surgery with out maiming the patient too bad they get their medical school covered... Or like half covered. What's med school run these days?
