If it isn't a shit show why did I enjoy it and love all the characters? Why did I think international assassin was one of the best episodes of a series ever? Why did Ecclestons performance tug at my heart?
It must be a shit show if I enjoy it, I stopped watching The Young Pope midway through, I got a few laughs and enjoyed watching the nun playing basketball when he was a child but that was it.

The Leftovers on the other hand, christ I could watch that all day and feel all the while
