Depends on who spawns minions faster and who is smarter at planning. Sauron got that eye tower bullshit that sees 360 degrees so Sauraman has to find a way to fuck up that tower first. You fuck up that tower then Sauron can't devise a plan fast enough without seeing where the enemy will attack. Fuck up Saurons tower and cripple his army then Sauraman wins.
