I'm looking at these and most of them are similar but not close enough to be theft. It's just her making similar observations as other people. Doesn't really sell the "joke thief" thing to me, and I'm willing to bet you could do the same with another comedian.

Inside Amy Schumer, however, pretty clearly stole sketches. However, it's a bit hard to say she personally stole those sketches as she wasn't the only writer on that show.

Not saying she isn't a joke thief, it's very possible she is, just saying that this isn't a smoking gun, it doesn't prove anything beyond a shadow of a doubt. I think what's more important is that she's just not all that funny. She has no sense for how to deliver jokes. Also, she's done some really shitty, shady stuff (like when she went after that kid for making a joke about her). I feel like, whether the joke thief stuff is true or false is irrelevant, she's bad no matter what.

You basically have guys like Rogan, CK, Norton, Silverman, etc. All being in this group, if you're with them they'll fucking praise the fuck out of you to everyone and push your shit.
