It's like a well done Marvel movie.
Self contained story that has an open ending (it's essentially setup for another movie), main villain doesn't die, has a stinger-cliffhanger that teases the return of a beloved character for maximun hype, etc.
Only difference besides the quality is that the villain is well developed here. But it's more the case that the villain got his own film before fighting the hero.
Anyway, once again, Shyamalan makes great capeshit. Cannot wait for Unbreakable 2.
