No different from any other popular reality TV. Shit you watch to feel better about yourself. The Up Series is the only reality television I've ever seen that was worthwhile.

I watched that james k episode after seeing it here 9000 times and it fucked me up seeing how bad addiction can become in the end

I tried to the like the Penny episode but her voice made me want to kill myself.

All these people cant feed themselves on their own for sure. So it's someone else, who's at least somewhat healty, making the decision for them to stay fat
