How do you sit when watching a movie?

In the cinema I sit in the row that leaves my eye-line looking exactly 2/3s of the way from the bottom of the screen and in the middle of the row. If I can't then I leave. Or complain.

Hanging upside down which is the most relaxing for your spine and ligaments
