Yes.
If you are force user:
1. Make force shield.
2. Break it open with the force and slice it into bits and pieces.
If you are a normal user:
1. Have a grenade or two.
2. Have one of those force shield generators or whatever.
3. Have good armor on yourself like Boba Fet
4. (Optional but extremely useful for this situation) Have a hook gun to pull you up away from your grenades.
