Not really, it goes on the same for about 2 more eps and then it gets increasingly worse, the whole mind battle end game is particularly poor.

Some good acting though if you can live with the shitty fight scenes wth the split personality girl, also cute blonde waifu makes it everything a little bit more bearable.

It's terrible. It's basically three episodes worth of story stretched out to 8 by using slow motion shots, repetitive flashbacks, and wasting a bunch of time on boring bullshit. People think it's clever and weird because it has plenty of empty aesthetic flourishes, and Noah Hawley has long since disappeared up his own arse as a result of being overpraised by the internet content mill.
