i was convinced i was going to hate 2 because it moved away from inner city niggas, but i loved it
i was convinced i was going to hate 4 because i hate literally anything else with teenagers, but i loved it

ordinarily i don't rank stuff but the shifting focus really stratifies the seasons in a way you don't quite get with e.g. sopranos, which is fine; it's almost more like a semi-anthology series tied together by some returning characters/plotlines
