You also are forced to evade a lot, which gasses you quickly, for 12 rounds (MMA is for 3 and 5 rounds)

At least in MMA, Muay Thai or Kickboxing you have kicks to mantain the distance, knees and elbows to remove a big part of infighting, that actually makes fighting less taxing than boxing
