Did anyone here ever see the show Dark Skies? I don't mean the recent one, but there was one back in the early 90s on NBC set in the 1950s around Roswell, and it was a guy and a girl trying to investigate the UFO drama and avoid getting nabbed by the secret government agents. Pretty solid, I remember liking it, but it only lasted one season (sucked too because it only lasted the one season, and it was the end of the same season as S1 X-Files, and Brisco County Jr.). So losing Dark Skies and Brisco was probably the first time I felt the pain of Network TV executives.

Stark Raving Mad

Tony Shalhoub is a famous horror writer and Neil Patrick Harris is his assistant. They had a running gag that in order to find inspiration for his novels, Tony Shalhoub would pretend to be dead. So Neil Patrick Harris would walk into his apartment and he would be hanging from the rafters and freak out, stuff like that. I remember really liking it when I was a kid.

Looking back at it now, it's just a pretty average sitcom. Not really any better or worse than Big Bang Theory or Two and a Half Men.

Sit Down Shut Up (2009-2010).
Insane cast by contemporary standards, given how much Jason Bateman and Nick Kroll's stock have risen and that Wills Arnett and Forte are bonafide leading men now. I loved it, more for the idea than the execution.
Seemed like Hurwitz tried to marry the quick wit and relentless rapid fire comedy of the post-Simpsons animation boom (Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs) with a more mature prime-time target audience. Certainly deserved better than being unceremoniously buried and forgotten.
