Pretty sure the scene was supposed to be funny because each card has basically the same info, are all white with black font, and to someone not autistic the differences don't matter.

It's also a subtle visual cue that underscores the constant identity confusion between characters.

Paul Allen's card is clearly the best of the bunch. Bateman's, while passable, falls short of Allen's in terms of color ("bone," or any off-white, tends to leave things looking smoke-stained) as well as typeface (the latter's is clean and unembellished, while Bateman's is, frankly, testing the limits of good taste).
