I interpreted it as a reference to the fact that in the U.S., orange slices are frequently served as a snack in many youth soccer leagues, either in between halves of the match or post-match. Ant-Man was responding to the exertion caused by his (vague spoiler) surprise transformation and subsequent defeat by jokingly asking for something we give children who’ve been put through a workout on the pitch.

Orange slices contain liquid, which can be applied to relieve pain, probably from being punched in the eyes.
