Canadian Bacon is an odd duck. An American-perspective'd satire about American Canadian relations...? ish. John Candy's whole career really. Basically anything from ANYONE on SCTV can be attributed to Canada.

John Candy, Eugene Levy (especially together, armed & dangerous!) Rick Moranis, Catherine Ohara, Martin Short, Harold Ramis.

As for other canada-centric stuff I'm not so sure. There was even a while where shit like Atom Egoyan & canada-immigrants was really big in the artsy festival stuff too.

There was a period in my life where I decided to go through every film in every Commonwealth country because I just needed more to watch and Canada's one I managed to get pretty deep into.
