welcome to sci-fi, getting cancelled mid season isn't unusual, but in this case we'll prob gt a full 4 seasons before government money runs out, and then theirs books so its pretty good

Given what I've heard happens in the later books, an early end may be appropriate. I would have preferred the entire thing stay grounded, expanding on the richness of the sol system setting the author created, than introduce alium space magic.
