Not very much at all. The guy who wrote the play thought about how cool it would be if Salieri hated Mozart, because then he could write this great play about genius vs mediocrity, but then when basic research blew his theory out of the water, he had old Salieri tell it as an unreliable narrator and figure that nobody really gives a shit if the story is good. But yeah, pretty much nothing is historically accurate, even the flops vs hits.

Almost entirely inaccurate, but it's such a good movie anyway.
