He was just a nice guy. The reason he stuck out so much is he was the only one in the office that wasn't a passive-aggressive narcissist scumbag working to actively put his fellow employees down or bitching about how someone else was being treated.

He was a guy who understood what it felt like to try something and to fail so he took a fake identity, made it his own and went to work everyday with a smile on his face and with the intention to help people.
