1. Very quick synopsis that is mostly wrong: "Angels" come from space and try and get into a military base that houses a secret that these ayyliens want. Giant mechs are made to combat these but can only be piloted by teenagers due to some literal angst drive or some shit. Also if the ayyliens get to the secret the whole world goes kaput.

2. That's most likely Lilith, the secret that NERV is trying to keep away from these ayyliens. It's crucified and stuck to a gigantic cross.

3. That scene is after the end of the world occurs and the two people you see are two of the mech pilots.

As autistic as this sounds you actually genuinely need to either watch the show or read a synopsis, the show is just a teensy bit to too complex to sum up in 2000 words.
