Rey isn't a Jedi though just as Kylo & Snoke aren't sith. It's technically only one traditional Jedi who's been trained by a real Jedi Master that we know of and that's Luke. My predictions is that Rey and Luke both start up their own Jedi Order at the end of Episode 9 and almost revinvent what it takes to be a Jedi and shit like that
