Watched it a few nights ago, pretty mediocre honestly, felt like one of those romantic comedies women like so much but with anime tropes all over it.

There was this thing that really bothered when i watched the movie. Throughout the movie they use this shot of a door getting closed/opened, i didn't payed too much attention at first but then it got really fucking annoying and unnecesary.

Is this common in anime? Like i said before i don't watch anime, is it used very commonly? because it's pretty fucking terrible.
