Is Hollywood embracing anime style arts?

Disney's been copying anime aesthetics since The Little Mermaid

>Disney ripping off anime
Might have that switched up amigo

Nope

So... what's the deal with? The similarities are uncanny.
There's been anime-influenced American animation for a long time now, but this one doesn't seem like it's one of them.

The only Disney influence anime had was that Osamu Tezuka's designs were influenced by Disney and other American cartoon characters, but that didn't last long.
I hope not, nips can't draw feet without making it look like mangled monkey hands.

This isn't anime influenced. Its flash animation, which is the result of cutting corners to make animation in general less expensive at the offset of actually looking good.

>an entire country's artstyle based on Betty Boop aesthetics
>"didn't last long"
Okay weeaboo-san.
>>81507357
I've never noticed any issues with feet.

Do you really think anime from the 70s onwards looks like Betty Boop? Tezuka's designs may have looked similar to Betty Boop and other artists may have been influenced by Tezuka, but that was a very long time ago and a lot has changed.

Also it's preposterous just how quick people now are to call someone weeb or weeaboo.

I don't remember disney characters being so big eyed though
