Sachiel getting nuked by NERV in Evangelion. Japan has an unwritten rule that in military fiction, characters will never use nukes because it reminds them of hiroshima and nagasaki. It caused some controversy when Evangelion showed the japanese public scenes of rural japan getting nuked to kill a monster
