I would disagree with this. I loved muppet stuff as a kid (including Labyrinth) but had never seen this movie untill about 2 years ago at the age of 23. I thought it was fine, I still prefer Labyrinth, but it was watchable/enjoyable.

Are there any other good puppet movies with a fantasy sort of theme?

Or any good puppet movies in general.
