Huge Actorman was just fine, clearly having fun, Kate's accent was abominable but she was consistent, Friar lad never went too far and was actually useful, monster designs were just fucking fun as hell, the movie was designed to be fun, not be a deep piece of mythological kinography. Jackman turns into a werewolf and fights fucking bat demon Dracula in Castlevania, it's a visually and stylistically entertaining piece of fun. Also Dracula's actor was just great.

The Mummy is one of my all time favorite movies. Some of the CGI is dated, but its one of the few movies that adequately captures that prime Adventure Movie feeling, one of the few that I think can live up to the standards movies like Indiana Jones set. Just a really great time to watch, and it makes you just want to get out there and do something new.
