ITT: Movies you stopped watching (and never resumed/finished)
My most recent one was Spring Breakers. After the third sequence of inane ramblings followed by a partying montage accompanied by retarded club music, I didn't feel like finishing it.

Shame because that's when the movie actually fucking goes somewhere.

Well I guess I'll have to give it another whirl then.
This had better not be a ruse, anon...
Nothing happens: The Movie

If a movie is shit until some random point in the middle its probably not worth watching anyways
I was a fair bit drunk and looking for something to watch. I like a vast majority of Cronenberg movies I've seen, and I think DeLillo is an okay author, so I thought this may be a cool cross-over.
I wasn't horribly offended or mad about anything in the movie, but it just couldn't hold my interest. The first 5 visitors to his car pretty much all pounded the same point into the ground: "wow how dangerous it is that technology and capitalism can be used together to create fabulous wealth". Then the movie takes a turn into the
>aww it's so sad to be rich and powerful
thing so I just gave up.

Until that point you should be so boned up it doesn't matter. Stop being such a faggot.

Lmao what? If youre such a retarded horny animal just go look at some titties on the internet. What are you, fucking 13? "This unbearable shitty movie has hot girls in it, stop complaining"
Maybe im not so lonely and desperate for females that it doesnt sell a movie for me

I want atheist fedoras to leave my board

Is the book worth checking out? Never read anything by DeLillo, but it sounds interesting enough.

I haven't actually read that book, just others. I say don't invest in something like Underworld, because ultimately there are long books that are better. "White Noise" is just okay, I really didn't love it exactly, that's why I called DeLillo an "okay author." But I have friends who think it's fantastic; one of my friends who actually reads a fair amount considers it his favorite book and reads it at least once a year. But he remains for me just an "eh."

What if I stopped watching BECAUSE I finished?
