it was alright from what i remember

It's pretty good, decent writing and good acting. LeVar Burton is my 5th favorite black person.

I actually really enjoyed Roots and the sequel series. It has 70s cheesiness at times, but its pretty cool to trace a family's history over 200 or so years.
