You can gauge when King of the Hill (not by much though) starts to go downhill based on the aspect ratio. Basically any episode with a 4:3 aspect ratio is kino. Widescreen episodes are a tossup but mostly good.

Bobby and Connie's two kids are as the previous anon mentioned, like a little Hank and Mihn. They are twins who are competing to date and get the attention of the girl next door. That girl next door will be the daughter of Joseph Gribble and one of the unnamed background girls from the original show. But there is a twist: The kid isn't Joseph's. In this episode, we also find out about what happened to each of the neighbors and adults from the old series. Bill eventually found happiness and found a woman and started a barbershop in another Park of Texas. Mihn still lives in the area to keep an eye on his grandkids (likes the one that's just like him more than the Hank Jr one). Dale left his wife and quickly remarried a fellow conspiracy theorist, and had a son who was really his this time. However, he was still aloof to the fact that Joseph was not his real son, and stayed a part of his life. As the series progresses, we learn that Dale's son with his new wife is actually the father of Joseph and his wife's daughter (bringing the cuck meme full circle). Dale's now ex-wife and John Redcorn became a couple after Dale left her, but the relationship quickly fell apart, as they soon realize the only reason they liked one another was due to the taboo nature of their relationship. The relationship falls apart when John Redcorn finds her cheating on him with another man (something really comedic, like a cowboy). In the present time, John Redcorn is an old drunk out in the desert who rants about the US government and white people in ridiculous manners (not unlike Dale's conspiracy theories), and Nancy is an old, plastic surgeried woman trying to hit on men way younger than her (typical tv housewife archetype). And Hank and Peggy will still be happily married and not too different from how they were before, with Hank still selling propane (working for Strickland's son, who is basically just like his dad) and Peggy still teaching.
