The on with Randall Tarly you're thinking of is the battle in the war which is the only one bobby ever lost and led to him being cutoff from Storm's End, i think it was the battle of Ashford.
The one you're mentioning is the battle of the bells which was like a game of cat and mouse until ned and the tullys showed up.
