Are you talking about the stuff in the image posted above? It was a social media advertising thing for a show on Nickelodeon. One of the logos for that show is a foot (again, something kids find funny), so it's probably just something meant to have fun with that logo and promotion of the network. Something comparable would be Apple telling people to share pictures of themselves eating apples or something like that.
