I just picked up the criterion collection of Lone Wolf and Cub. They are a ton of fun if you are looking for something more ridiculous. If you want something slightly more grounded maybe check out the Samurai trilogy or Sanjuro (if you have only seen Yojimbo). You can't go wrong with Kurosawa.
