how come daily subtle things like farting, burping, nose pick

It would be distracting and serve no real purpose except to appear artsy, realistic, or funny. Imagine if you were watching Empire Strikes Back and there was a scene where Chewie lets out a loud fart as he and Han are piloting the Falcon. It would be awkward and would ruin the tension of the film.

When a character farts, an audience is almost trained to laugh at it.

So outside of a comedy, they really have no place in a movie.
