It's really over dramatic. It's about a girl who kills herself and though a convoluted and contrived plot device in order to personally blame 13 people for it and have them listen to cassette tapes explaining how they hurt her enough to cause it. I would say the victim is over reacting to almost all of these problems aside from the last 3 or 4 but honestly the fact that's she a teenage girl makes it believable if not still stupid, but stupid like this exist in real life you probably knew people like this in High school. It's a basically a high quality after school special.

I remember when I was a freshman in high school I read this book. At the end of it the main character finally moves on and asks a new girl out. It gave me the motivation to ask my crush out. She flat out rejected me.

I haven't watched all the show yet, but I did read the book in school and honestly I'm surprised by how much of it I remember. Anyway there is white girl fucking involved but unless they changed it for the show I don't think anyone involved was black, although if they were the fucking isn't portrayed positively regardless.

Yeah, but the interesting aspect is that every two episodes there's a new person listening to the tape and the episodes are flashbacks to them interacting with the suicide girl. But the girl acts how they perceived her to be rather than who she was. So each two episodes she's different.

I should add, I've seen a lot of movies being filmed around me but this is the first long term thing that's been in my neighborhood. It's INSANE how fast they pack up and set up when they leave to do different locations. There were 4-5 semi trucks, 10 box trucks, and some vans, they would leave for the day, come back, and be set up with wardrobe, buffet, and tents 15 minutes after pulling in.

No idea, every time they were shooting and I could see the camera I put on my fursuit and snuck into the bushes that cameras were aiming at (like 50 yards away, not super close). I think the most likely time to see me is when they were shooting on the football field, I was behind a eucalyptus tree peaking out.
