The only good one was Life and Times of Tim.

But it's fine, they can suck at comedies, we have a ton of them anyway. I'd take Carnivale and Rome alone over ever having an HBO produced comedy ever again. Appealing to everyone in every genre is a surefire way to become boring a bland, like recent HBO releases.
