Oranges help with dehydration and are home remedy for bruises. Scott going giant puts considerable strain on his body, and it was a joke trying to convey he needed a break. Its probably a dad joke too considering parents give their kids orange slices when they hurt themselves in sports. Im not saying the line isnt dumb, just thought Id clarify
