Keith Moon was so good as Ernie
>>81127838
He's the school yard bully, the classroom cheat.
>>81127838
Probably molested

The lyrics change makes sense for the movie. Tbh the whole album works better post WW2, than it does between the wars.
childhood is hating oliver reed
adulthood is realizing hes a great actor and hilarious

Phil Collins was great too. The crowd goes nuts.
>>81127937
Ollie Reed was a legend and anyone who says otherwise is objectively wrong
>>81127919
21 works if you think it's the mom's age.
Taking 6 years to get back from the war and track down your kid seems a bit long. I'd have made tommy born ca 1942 and dad captured during the war. I consider Tommy's birth on VE day to be unnecessary.
>>81127919
Is he Uncle Ernie's son, or just a victim of his?

His last day on earth is the stuff of legend;
>On his last night, Oliver Reed downed over eight pints of lager, twelve double rums and half a bottle of whiskey, won an arm-wrestling content against many members of the British Royal Navy crew, HMS Cumberland, and insisted on paying for the entire round.
>Heavily intoxicated he collapsed and before an ambulance could get to him he had passed away. From that day, “The Pub” has been an unofficial shrine for Reed and is a place where fans, film buffs and curious drinkers can converge to pay their respects

Written by the paedo Townsend. Colour me suprised
"No daddy Oliver, but I could smell you a fucking mile away with your drunken ass, and being in my fucking face is giving me a secondhand buzz!"

Am i the only one here who feels this shit is unwatchable?
>>81128155
He insisted at the time that he had simply been conducting ‘research’ when he paid £7 with his credit card in 1999 to access a website bearing the message ‘click here for child porn’.
>>81128264
yeah because you have to be in a mood for a musical and watch the movie in good quality
>>81128218
What makes you think I could provide more answers than Google. He didn't touch me. No really he didn't, look just drop it ok.
>>81128048
Watching this I realise he seems a lot like Tom Hardy.

did anyone else listen to tommy and light a candle
>>81128388
Imagine how much shit Reed would get today for slight banter.
>>81128218
Pete legitimately dindu nuffin
He did it as part of an anti-nonce group who came forward with evidence after he was arrested. He never entered the site he used a credit card to pay for (which is odd if you think he was actually doing it to get off to it), the site turned out to be a regular porn site anyway, the police only cautioned him on it and apparently believe what he said from almost the beginning and he's never been accused of anything else. At worst he fucked up once, never actually really did anything and hasn't done anything since, but even that's unlikely.

> Burton and Harris would sink three bottles of vodka a day and Burton once swigged 21 tequilas before diving fully clothed into the sea because a friend said he had seen a shark. When doctors operated on Burton three years before he died they found that his spine was coated with crystallised alcohol.
When men were men.
>>81128690
why didn't he just come to 4chan? /b/ has loli threads basically 24/7
>>81128950
Because he's old and probably doesn't understand the internet
>>81128950
This was before 4chan
>>81128779
Yet Harris died an old man. Fuck doctors opinions.
anyone agree that the Elton John version of Pinball Wizard in ten times better than the original?

Questions for the Oliver Reed fans.
During the movie he sings poorly. Is this intentional as part of his character or was he really not a singer? I ask because I've not seen him in anything else.
>>81129607
Probably just that he couldn't sing.
If you were producing that session would you have the guts to tell him to do it again?
