I think this is reasonable. It's not as fast the bigger boards, so the shitposting isn't as enjoyable, and the small boards are either offtopic and unimportant or ontopic and unimportant.

Most of the small boards are incredibly awful. Just terrible. /sp/ destroyed /asp/. Speaking of a ruined board, /sp/. /ck/ has always been terrible. in fact the only board I can think of where I would legitimately say 'quality' posting occurs outside of providing downloads, saucing porn, and spoonfeeding would be /trv/, which is easily the best board on 4chan.

That's fine the point he was making was that you shouldn't really consider those boards when ranking boards because they're so small and unimportant.

They can very well be good boards but for most part they're pretty far removed from "board culture" and discussion on those boards rarely differs from any other place on the internet.

/fit/ and /pol/ are the best boards on 4chan. In the smaller boards /p/ /trv/ and /lit/ are pretty good

not really. this whole site is shitposting. so the boards with the best shitposting are actually the best. all the boards that attempt substantive discussion are dwarfed by actual academic forums. these boards pale in comparison.

the one thing this site can do better than anywhere else is shitposting, so you must value shitposting on this site above all other facets.

the two greatest boards on this site are currently /pol/ and /tv/. with /pol/ coming first by a considerable margin because the shitposting there is so god damn spicy that it actually affects the "real world" through. quantum super-string entanglements via repeating digits that goes on to dictate the current and all possible future timelines. /tv/ comes close only because they really appreciate teenage feet which is a very virtuous and noble thing. teenage feet aren't as great as being able to utilize data sets of repeating digits to quantum hack the planet into completely different timelines, but they are pretty close to that in greatness desu.
