I don't know why the bit that always makes me laugh is after Nacho loses the chips and makes up some shitty breakfast, and the oldest priest at the church shuts everyone up, then says "this is the worst food I've ever had." The thought of someone like him, old as fuck and who has most likely experienced extreme poverty, calling that the worst food of his life, that cracks me up.

Ehhh idk, there were a lot of moments that didn't do much for me, but it was definitely one of the best comedies of that era purely because it was so committed to the premise. Too many comedies in the 2000's were just "hey watch these funny guys be funny", this one had real character to it
