When I was a kid, I thought Fraser and his father shared a bedroom.

I've been watching Frasier so much these last few months. I have seen every episode a few times, but it's still just as good.
I will say though that I loathe Simon, Daphne's Mum (to a lesser extent), and alot of episodes which revolve around a simple mishearing/misunderstanding (there are some great early episodes that are kicked off by such scenarios but the later ones seem so unrealistic).
I didnt find out until recently that Kelsey G had alot of issues with addiction. Seems baffling considering how good of an actor he is.

I also used to think Roz was so sexy growing up, but now I find Daphne more attractive (in early seasons at least). Check out the episode Moon Dance (i think its called), she looks stunning in that dress.
My favourite episodes are ones which involve parties, or Fras, Niles & Martin going on trips/spending time together.
My least favourite episode of recent memory was the Dreams one towards the end of the show, I'd forgotten about that one, and the awful horrendous musical number at the end.
And while I'm at it the two hottest women ever featured on the show were Honey Snow (whose starred in playboy and done alot of softcore adult scenes), and that beautiful woman in season 1 or 2, who's daughter is incredibly irritating and named Renatta. And while I'm at it the Biologist/model Frasier dates is beautiful too.

I really don't think the quality dipped at all during the entire show's run. Getting characters into romantic relationships is often poison for a show but imo it wasn't at all detrimental to Frasier. There aren't any bad episodes post Niles and Daphne that I can think of off the top of my head.

During Cheers, he was a practicing psychiatrist and he was often doing junk like seminars and writing that book with Lilith. If he bought a house with Lilith in Boston, they could sell it, and the profits from holding real estate could probably buy the condo in Seattle with just his half of the money and still have some left. Bear in mind that their marriage ended because Lilith cheated on him, and they were both psychiatrists.

As a cop, Martin would be getting a pension from the department, and probably disability / regular social security. Early in the show Niles offers to pay Daphne's salary so that Martin won't live with him.

It's really not hard to believe that the guy's got a really solid nest egg, and if nothing else having the years of two psychiatrist / seminar / book income will leave him with enough credit so that he could live his lifestyle just on credit cards for a couple of years without an issue.
