I've always liked this movie, but holy fuck. How did comedy movies since the early nineties decline in quality so badly?

Gets too serious towards the end. Whenever a comedy tries to do a semi-serious third act it ruins the whole movie. Elf is another good example of this.

Marisa did a pretty great job. The ending explanation about tire tracks alone is worth a nod.

She was also in her prime in this film. She aged very well too.
