Elitism is good and is mandatory everywhere, as are plebs, in order to have variety, because that stops circlejerks from happening. As long as you do something constructive with all the ad hominems you're planning to spout on plebs. Be harsh and constructive at the same time, that's the good elitism, at least from my perspective. It ain't much of a loss, but it would be a welcome change. I'd love to see Napoleon films actually worth a damn, shame Kubrick didn't do it, but Paths Of Glory was great and I like FMJ (prefer the 2nd half, desu).
Who cares if it's hipster or not, as long as it's good it doesn't mean much, but I get where you were heading. I've yet to watch it, might do it in April.
