What is the scariest movie and why is it Coraline?
It wasn't. It was pretty nice though.
Coraline was one of those movies that was so good it made me depressed when it was over.

Watched "It" when I was young. Ended up sitting behind my bedroom door with a baseball bat all night. It's been a while but it scarred me

Even the fucking movie cover scared the shit out of me
>In video store
>That fucking white as fuck cover visible from 400 miles away
>Run away from that section of the store for the entire visit
I wouldn't say outright scary but I remember watching it for the first time (I was about 23) and the opening sequence completely caught me by surprise and was really unsettling.
I've no fucking idea where that came from since I was just sitting down to watch a kids' film. I didn't even find The Exorcist scary, so maybe I'm just on guard when I know I'm about to watch a horror film.
Idk if this makes me a pussy, but this movie haunted my nightmares through my adolescent years.

Fucking this.
Pic related scared me more though.
