Nope it's a 7/10.
Way too many scenes of discussing what was happening instead of letting the plot moving forward.
BUT John Turturro was amazing. And Albert Finney was great too.

Barton Fink

Barton Fink and Fargo are both better. It's a solid 3rd though, which is pretty impressive in a filmography as consistent as the Coens'.
